HOW DOES IT WORK
Register to participate in the pitch round in either India, Hong King or Australia.
Once preliminary rounds are completed and winners have been selected, the final comp will take place at CapTech 2022 in Sydney, Australia.
Successful submission will be contacted with further details about pitch comp location, date and time
Winners competing in the finals will be pitching for AUD$10+ million (winners will be flown to Sydney, Australia to compete)
Events in India and Hong Kong will be hosted by our local partners

Am I guaranteed to physically pitch?
You are guaranteed that we will review your pitch, however not everyone will be able to physically pitch. Just like any competition, the top rated pitches will have change to pitch live and then the winners from each country (Australia, India & Hong Kong) will be competing live at the finals in Sydney, Australia on the 18th October 2022.
How will the finalists and winners be chosen?
There are 2 stages to the competition, the first round will be in your respective country, either Australia, India or Hong Kong, and then the second and final round will be held in Sydney, Australia. All rounds will have an expert panel of judges.
How many team members can be on stage during the pitch?
You may have a maximum of 3 team members on stage
Does it cost anything to participate in the pitching competition?
No, it’s free to participate in the pitching competition!
How many people will I be pitching to?
You will be pitching to 2-5 people depending on which country you’re pitching in.
Will I be able to use my pitch deck?
Yes, of course. If you are selected to pitch, we will ask you to send your final deck pitch in prior to the pitch comp date. Decks must be in Keynote or Powerpoint and in a 16:9 ratio.
Will I get to meet and network with the judges?
Absolutely! Our judges will be more than happy to have a chat with the scale ups that will be pitching. They will be busy on the day, so we do ask that you be respectful of their time.
