Justin Ryan

Justin is Managing Director of Glow Capital Partners – a growth focused private equity investment firm, which he co-founded in 2021. Justin began his private equity career in 1997 at Catalyst Investment Managers. Prior to founding Glow, he spent more than a decade as a Managing Partner at Quadrant Private Equity and was also Managing Director and CEO of Alesco Corporation Limited– an ASX 200 listed company (now part of Dulux Corporation). In 2003, he served as Chair of the Australian Venture Capital Association, now the Australian Investment Council.

Justin holds a number of additional board positions, including Chair of the 20 Beaches Foundation, a Not-For Profit focused on preserving and protecting Sydney’s Northern Beaches; and IS a Director of Northern Territory Aboriginal Investment Corporation (NTAIC). He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of The Securities Institute of Australia and admitted to The Supreme Court of NSW.  Justin holds an MBA from Wharton and a BEc LLB from the University of Sydney.
