Stephen Harrison B.Ec, CPA

Stephen has over 30 years of experience in the financial services, funds management, M&A, private equity and accounting fields. He primarily focused on the energy, technology, IT services, infrastructure, financial services, entertainment and natural resource sectors. He has held Directorships with international Fund Managers subsidiaries, Investec Funds Management and the Australian subsidiary of US-based fund manager Sanford C. Bernstein. He has been a founder and held Directorships in number of Unlisted and Listed companies both in Australia and internationally.

He is currently Chairman of two Public Companies in Australia, NobleOak Life Limited and IncentiaPay Limited (ASX – INP)

Sandra krishna

Dr Sandra Krishnan

Dr Sandra Krishnan is a surgeon, and beyond this, an educator, mentor, writer, and speaker.  She is a Senior Consultant, Surgical Oncologist; Breast, Melanoma and General Surgeon and Senior Clinical Lecturer ANU, based in Sydney and Canberra. She is Co-President of the Provincial Surgeons Association of Australia and Co-Convenor for the ACT Annual Scientific Meeting in August 2022 in Canberra. Dr Krishnan is a Member of RACS Special Groups — Surgical Oncology, Women in Surgery; has memberships with BreastSurgANZ, ANZ Breast Cancer Trials Group, Australasian Society for Breast Disease, ACT & SE NSW Breast Cancer Treatment Group, ANZ Melanoma Trials Group. She is also a CHASM (Collaborating Hospitals’ Audit of Surgical Mortality) First Line Assessor and a Senior Instructor for Early Management of Severe Trauma.

Dr Krishnan is a Non-Executive Director – Board of So Brave Australia’s Young Women’s Breast Cancer Charity. She is a Mentor for ASSA, Australasian Students’ Surgical Association (ASSA). She has partnerships with Healthcert Education and is an op Ed Writer for Oncology and Medical Republic, Staff Lead for ‘The Link,’ an ANU program to connect global healthcare workers. She is the Founder of ‘Note to Myself,’ What I wish I knew in my 20s, and empowering chapter series for women empowering women while raising funds for charity.

Malcolm Edwards

Malcolm Edwards is currently a Director of a number of private companies focussing on industry and venture capital and is a Board Member of several community organisations including the Commercial Education Society of Australia, previously of Royal Far West Children’s Hospital and the National Drug and Alcohol Authority and inaugural National Vice President of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Previously was Managing Director of ASX-listed companies and served on public company boards in Australia and internationally.

Dianne Tipping 

Dianne has enjoyed a long and varied career in international trade promotion and facilitation. Dianne has been Chair of the Export Council of Australia for 6 years.

She is a commercially astute senior leader with a proven track record within the trade community. With over 40 years’ experience and a background in both the business ownership and project management of greenfield projects is helping guide the growth of Australian trade by serving on several Boards and sharing critical knowledge and insights.

Dianne is involved with many public and private organisations dedicated to the betterment of international trade as well as a participant on numerous Government and Non-Government Committees including the Dept. of Home Affairs’ National Committee on Trade Facilitation and the Dept. of Agriculture and Water Resources’ DAWR Cargo Consultative Committee.

Bina Gupta

Bina Gupta is the Founder & Chief Executive of BG Business Communications Ltd. The business is headquartered in Hong Kong and has been operating since 2005 focusing on sales/marketing and project consultancy.

Bina delivers multimedia experience (30+ years), entrepreneurship, leadership and corporate governance expertise to her business. She previously launched new media assets and ran divisions for major listed companies including News Limited and Fairfax Media Ltd in Australia; in Asia, STAR TV Group and Euromoney Institutional Investor. With her own business operating for many years she continued her entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation, in launching two registered trademarked brands -innovationhongkong® in March 2018- a global digital platform fostering innovation across verticals- and innovatorsclubasia® in 2020 – creating specialized events, investor deal flow, innovation learning, mentorship and resources for innovators.

Bina was a Director of the Australian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong from 2016- 2021, Vice-Chair of the Media & Marketing Network from 2015-2018 and a judge of the Australia China Business Awards in 2015 and 2016. She is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and has memberships across business chambers and professional associations keeping her engaged with trends and developments in the region. She meets with industry leaders on a regular basis as well as government officials which ensure she stays relevant to the information that matters. Bina was appointed as a Convention Ambassador for the Hong Kong Tourism Board in 2020

Michael Sharpe

Michael Sharpe has vast industrial experience and is recognised for his service to industry, community groups, & the arts. He is Chairman of the Sharpe Family Office and is involved with a range of organisations across engineering, infrastructure, energy, environmental sustainability, the Australian space industry and the global nuclear industry.

Michael served as the National Director for Industry at the Australian Government’s Advanced Manufacturing Growth Centre and is a former Chairman of the HunterNet Co-operative, which is widely recognised as the most successful industry ‘cluster’ of its type nationally.

He is the Founder of the Nuclear Skills Forum; Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Australian Government’s Sustainable Communities and Waste Hub and Director of the AUKUS Forum regarding the trilateral security pact between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders; a Fellow of The Royal Society for the Arts, Manufactures & Commerce; and has completed executive education in the Leadership Initiative at Harvard Business School.

Helen Liossis

 

Helen Liossis is a professional company director and former deputy chair. Helen is currently on the Board of HVTC and is also an audit and risk committee member of HVTC and Invertebrates Australia. In addition to her non-executive director activities, Helen is also an NSW Division Councillor for the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and an adjudicator for the Australasian Reporting Awards (ARA). She was a former non-executive director of the Australian Institute of Nuclear Science and Engineering (AINSE) and former house committee member of the Australian Motor Yacht Club of NSW.

Previously, Helen was a senior executive with a background in strategy, planning, corporate services, investor relations and corporate affairs. In her last role at Sydney Water Corporation, Helen was Head of Strategy and Business Planning and responsible for the strategy, city shaping, policy, business planning, board reporting, strategic analytics, science, research and innovation functions.

Helen is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD); holds a Bachelor of Business from UTS; holds an MBA from MGSM; is a CPA and a Justice of the Peace.

Schon is the Managing Principal of Condon Advisory Group, a specialist accounting firm of Forensic Accounting, Solvency and Turnaround Practitioners. Schon has lived and worked for 40 years in the Greater Western Sydney region and is passionate about helping the community and businesses to grow and sustain.  

Schon has been the President of the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce and is involved in a variety of charitable and community organisations. He is a former Commanding Officer of the 23rd Field Regiment Royal Australian Artillery, and currently remains a project Officer within Defence. Schon is a Registered Company Auditor and Registered Tax Agent.

Reena Jethi

Reena Jethi

Reena is an entrepreneur, educationist and community leader. Kuber Vaults is a world-class facility to keep valuables safe and secure. Reena is a Councillor in the Hills Shire Council. As a Councillor she received an award recognising her work as an elected representative from a Metropolitan Council at the 12th Annual Ministers’ Awards for Women in Local Government by Minister for Women the Hon Shelley Hancock MP.

Reena migrated to Australia in 2000 and ever since made Baulkham Hills her home where she lives with her husband and two boys. Educated in Delhi, India with double bachelors and double masters degrees, Reena started her career in teaching initially and now delves into entrepreneurship roles.

Because of her commitment towards her community she also decided to enter local politics and was elected a Councillor with the Hills Shire Council. She has also worked as Senior Electorate Officer, Parliament NSW; Treasurer of the NSW Liberal Women’s Council; Co-chair of Liberal Friends of India and as Deputy Mayor of The Hills Shire Council.

She is a Board Member of the CMRC (Community Migrant Resource Centre).

Reena had a short stint in banking with Westpac Bank.

Trevor Oldfield aM KJS JP

Having spent most of his life in Western Sydney, Trevor has acquired a significant depth of knowledge which enables him to identify many needs within the Community with genuine care and compassion. He has enjoyed working with a diverse range of community and charitable organisations, such as the Sate Emergency Services from age 14, Kids West Children’s Charity, The Millennium Foundation Westmead, Variety, Ronald MacDonald House and the Blacktown City Lions Club.

Having more than 30 years’ experience within the philanthropic Community as a company Director and holding various roles within Senior Management, Trevor has acquired a wonderfully diverse amount of experience. Trevor has Certificate IV in Financial and Credit Management and Diploma’s in Business Management and Human Resources.

Trevor currently holds the  position of Executive Director of Kids West Children’s Charity, President of the Chamber Alliance of Western Sydney, Chairman of the Greater Blacktown Business Chamber and President of NBC Sports Club.
