Head of Research, Ray White

Vanessa is Ray White’s head of research and one of Australia’s leading property experts. She provides market commentary to a wide range of Australian media outlets across digital, print, television and radio. She also contributes to Ray White’s publications including Ray White Now and hosts our monthly commercial webinar, Between the Lines Live.

Vanessa is involved in a number of industry bodies and sits on the CPD, Kiparra and National Conference committee for the Australian Property Institute and has held committee positions and been an active participant in the 500 Women in Property initiative by the Property Council of Australia. Due to her service, she was awarded their Meritorious Service award from the API and has been the recipient of excellence awards pertaining to her quality research publications.

Vanessa has more than 20 years of property research experience across Australia and has held senior research and consulting positions within commercial agencies, valuation and developer groups during this time. Her experience covers commercial, special use and residential property and been involved in a number of high value government consulting assignments, investor and developer due diligence projects as well as specific and high-level market analysis.

Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics, from the University of Western Sydney and Masters of Property Development, from the University of Technology, Sydney
